Slay the Curve offers one-on-one Zoom tutoring specific to individual requests of the student. Each session is one-hour in length and costs $50.

Our Management Team
Matthew Mashaal
FOUNDER/COO
is a sophomore at Roslyn High School. He is on the Research Honors Math track and is proud to have won a gold medal for his research on Regression Analysis as well as a silver medal for research on Random Sampling. Because he enjoys math, business, and sports he is involved in Deca, Math Team, and Sports Analytics club.
Zach Mashaal
FOUNDER/CEO
is a freshman at Roslyn High School. He is on the Research Honors Math track and won a gold medal last year for his research on Regression Analysis on Home Court Advantage in the NBA. Besides math, Zach enjoys watching and playing all sports, especially lacrosse. He is proud to serve as President of the Freshman Class of 2026 at Roslyn High School as well as be a part of the Math Team and Sports Analytics club.

Each of our tutors are hand-selected and approved based on their knowledge and academic mathematical success. And they’re nice people, too.
We know not everybody loves math the way we do. But that’s how we can help. Not only are all our tutors good at math, but we also make sure they’re passionate about it, too. Because nothing is more contagious than someone’s passion.
